    The Area

Grand Teton National Park’s striking and memorable landscapes are second to none. From majestic mountains and verdant valleys to glistening lakes and meandering rivers, this sanctuary is a haven for diverse and abundant forests, wildflowers, and wildlife. Embark on an exploration of the park’s rich cultural history, with opportunities to photograph old homesteads and cattle ranches, or tread on trails laid by the Civilian Conservation Corps, Native Americans, and fur trappers from the early 1800s.

    Intimate Group Size

To ensure an immersive experience, our small-group tours are limited to 8 guests. Should we fall short of the minimum spots booked, registrants will have the option to upgrade to a private tour for an additional charge or receive a full refund.

    Convenient Pick-Up Locations

Your convenience matters! We offer pick-up services from any hotel in Jackson. If you’re staying outside these areas, worry not! Simply meet us in town, and our van will transport you seamlessly.

    Experience Level

To make the most of your adventure, participants should comfortably walk 4-6 miles throughout the day, with minimal changes in elevation.

person hiking in Sedona National Park

Take a tour that lets you immerse yourself in the park. Our guides are master naturalists, botanists, geologists, historians, and – most importantly – relentlessly curious! This is more than a sightseeing tour; it’s a day of learning and connection with Grand Teton National Park.

      Trip FAQ’s

When will we be picked up?

Pick ups begin at the designated start time listed when you booked your trip. Your stop may be anytime within a half hour from that time. Your guide will message you about a day in advance to confirm more precise timing, which is based on the number of folks in the group and their pick up locations.

Can we adjust the start time or trip length?

We will stick to our pickup time and trip length for our small-group tours. For a fully customized trip, we recommend considering our private tour options.

      What will we see?

Grand Teton Day tours are packed with adventure! We will stop at mountain vistas, alpine lakes, meadows, and more as we drive through the park keeping our eyes peeled for moose, elk, grizzly bears, and wolves.  Your itinerary may include stops such as Mormon Row to hear about the rich history of the Mormon settlers in the region, Oxbow Bend for the photograph of a lifetime, or Signal Mountain for a majestic overlook of the valley floor with its rugged peaks in the distance.  Along the way, our guide will share stories of the park’s human and geological history as well as information about flora and fauna.

What do we do for lunch?

We suggest that you pack a lunch and snacks throughout the day. Most trips also include a stop around lunchtime where you can purchase a grab-and-go option.

      What should I bring?

Reusable water bottle, sunscreen, day pack, layers to adjust to changing temperatures, camera, gratuity for your guide

      Are there age requirments?

They say age is just a number and we (mostly) agree! However, group dynamic considerations, we do have a minimum age of 8 on our small group departures. But there’s no maximum!

If you have someone under 8 in your group, we can accommodate all ages on a private adventure, so let’s talk!
