Booking Requirements:

• Valid for new bookings only, made before November 30, 2025
• Travel must occur between March 1 – April 30, 2026
• Minimum party size of 4 travelers required
• Minimum trip length of 5 days
• Must mention promotion at the time of booking 
• Full deposit required to secure promotion

Photography Session Details:

• One complimentary 1-hour professional photography session per booking ($750 value)
• Subject to photographer availability at destination
• Must be scheduled minimum 30 days prior to travel
• Session includes 10-15 edited digital images delivered within 2 weeks of travel
• Additional images or prints available for purchase

General Terms:

• Promotion cannot be combined with other offers or discounts
• Photography session has no cash value and is non-transferable
• Weather-dependent; alternative indoor session or rescheduling may be offered
• Standard cancellation and refund policies apply to base trip cost
• Photography session is forfeited if trip is cancelled
• Good Trip reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time
• Blackout dates may apply during peak travel periods
