Day One
You will meet you at Phoenix International Airport where you’ll meet your guides. You and your group will enjoy a quick lunch in town before making your way to Red Rock Country – Sedona! Settle into your hotel before taking an evening warm-up hike amongst buttes, towers, spires, and more! In the evening you’ll have a welcome dinner in town to discuss the big days ahead. Be sure to take a peek at the desert sunset sky as it becomes painted in beautiful colors.

Take in the never-ending red rock views as you learn about the ancient Ananazi people, and maybe experience some Sedona vortex energy! After lunch, enjoy some yoga– right on the trail! The early evening will be spent at your leisure before a dinner in town.

Day Three
Today we will say goodbye to Sedona and make our way north to the Grand Canyon South Rim! Take some time to see the canyon for the first time with a nice warm-up hike. In the afternoon, you’ll check into your glamping experience. Have an evening near the campfire, don’t forget about the smores!

Day Four
Today calls for an early start! You’ll spend the day hiking down into the Grand Canyon. Your guides will take you off the beaten path for never ending sights, mesa views, and more. Learn about how the canyon was formed, the park’s flora and fauna, park history, and indigenous people. While at the Grand Canyon, keep in mind that what goes down- must come up! This is a moderately difficult hike that does require significant elevation gain. Breaks will be taken to ensure safety and accommodate various hiking levels. In the evening you’ll be rewarded with views at Desert View Tower and a scrumptious meal back at camp. In the evening, don’t forget to take a look up at the night sky.
Meals: B, L, D
Day Five
After packing up at your glamping site and a leisurely breakfast, you’ll say your goodbyes to the southwest desert (or until next time) as you are transferred back to the Phoenix Airport for your departing flight.

We can cater to most dietary requests and allergies with advanced notice. Be sure to include this information in our client intake form when registering for your trip!
Can we adjust the start time or trip length?
Start times are totally customizable to your group’s needs! Trips can easily be shortened to accommodate your needs. If you’d like to lengthen your trip, email hello@goodtripadventures.com as additional rates may apply.
Do you offer payment plans?
We are here to help! We offer flexible payment plans tailored to your needs. Reach out to us for more information on how we can assist you with payment options. Regardless of the payment plan implemented, full payment must be received by 30 days in advance of the trip start.
Are there age requirements?
They say age is just a number and we (mostly) agree! However, due to legal restrictions and group dynamic considerations, we do have a minimum age of 18 on our public group departures. But there’s no maximum!
If you have someone under 18 in your group, we can accommodate all ages on a private adventure, so let’s talk!
